In her own words, Sharon has this to say
about her life in general and working with this group and Ruth Lee
in particular:
"As I sit here writing,
I realize that it has been more than five years since I sat in a
room with a group of average people watching an amazing woman channel
a book that I believe ranks right up there with "A Course in
Miracles" and similar power-filled, spiritual works of our
time. I am still struck by the way that information came through
Ruth Lee as we all witnessed her typing at mind-boggling speeds
and reading the text at the same time...material that is even more
relevant today than it was then in demonstrating the best way to
enjoy lives of peace and prosperity.
"It is not possible
to forget that time because I was four months pregnant with my daughter,
Joy--whose arrival had been predicted by Ruth and the very same
energies that gave us this wonderful book. I was so sick during
my pregnancy that I could not function in my career, but each week
I met with this group and felt so alive and wonderful while the
messages from these non-physical teachers were 'trance-scribed'
before our very eyes!
"When I first heard
about the work of Ruth Lee, I was confused and frustrated with my
career but had no idea what work would fulfill my soul and pay me
to do it. She helped me open to the many possibilities that were
within me and could be used as soon as I trusted myself. Our first
private session was truly a divine intervention after a year that
I frequently describe as 'the dark night of my soul.' When that
first session was over, Ruth talked to me at length because I had

"Setting my fears
aside, I went to the Tuesday class and found myself overcome with
the Spirit of God. It was through these weekly meetings that I learned
how to meditate and connect with Spirit--and to trust that guidance
more and more in my daily life. I had never before in my life seen
life transformations such as I witnessed there frequently...I finally
came to truly believe that a person can turn his or her life around
by inviting the higher energy of Spirit into the day-to-day life
events. I began then to live with Spirit! I learned various processes,
techniques, and methods for clearing out lower level energies through
Ruth's wonderful workbooks and tapes and attained peace after my
long, dark journey toward enlightenment.
"Through the process
of being in that room while Ruth Lee channeled teachers and saints,
I was cellularly affected! Old fears and doubts melted away so my
true light could shine through me and my work! Something was activated
in me through this process of witnessing the birthing process of

that created a new calling within me. My life's purpose and my life's
desire since then is to help others awaken to the Spirit which is
within each of us.
"Now, flash forward
to today!! I work as a Certified Spiritual Counselor and manage
a successful business which I founded. There are many coaching programs
and practitioners in the world today but my work is based on coaching
and training individuals to enhance their lives and create better
careers with the help of Spirit. My company, "Coaching from
Spirit," has trained hundreds of people to use the principles
you find in Can You Pray?.
I am living my ideal life now! I work as a Master Coach guiding
others in ways to release whatever is blocking their success and
how to attract to themselves what they need and want. My work also
includes guiding successful corporate managers and visionary entrepreneurs
along new paths as they create companies rooted in spiritual principles
and the laws of Universe that are well-grounded as well as practical.
"My practice extends
to mentoring other successful coaches on how to integrate Spirit
into their work, too. As the co-founder of a second organization,
"Explode Your Business and Income," a spiritually-based,
business-building program. We produce phone-based seminars
that teach entrepreneurs how to manage the energy of their thoughts,
feelings, words, and actions for practical success. We help them
awaken the connection between mind and Spirit within them and their
business ventures. Once they see and experience extraordinary results
from making that connection, my job then changes from coach into
cheerleader.
"I am having the
time of my life and am so grateful to Spirit for all I am and have
and do daily! So much has changed since I first met the other participants
in this grand experiment that turned into a life-altering experience!
The power within me was released then! The result brought me Joy,
my daughter, as well as much happiness in my marriage! All of this
came to be because of this book, Can
You Pray? and this teacher, Ruth Lee, whom God sent to
me. I am eternally grateful to my friend and mentor, Ruth Lee, for
her guidance, support, and love in my life. I believe this book
will touch millions of lives and activate their inner power, too,
and it will act as a catalyst for positive change. It is my hope
that just reading this book will change students at a cellular level.

Sharon lives north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with her miracle
daughter, Joy, and loving husband, Bob. She is co-author of "Intentional
Change and Living an Extraordinary Life" and also co-authored
another book soon to be released, "Coaching With Spirit."
