Today's
Lesson
Can
be found on The Web Log
Daily,
Ruth Lee scribes lessons of an ethical/philosophical nature
that touch upon all aspects of everyday life, as well as
how to pass at the end of this life and move on to another
test. There is no better place on the internet to
open your mind and step into time than by beginning your
day with meditation and wisdom provided by The Teachers
of The Higher Planes through Ruth Lee working as their scribe.
Make it a habit to go to Today's Lesson every
time you turn on your computer. Include it in your
'warm-up' routine, whether you are at home or at work.
The exercises provided invite you to participate and share
your thoughts and views as well as how this work helps you
or not. You can get your ideas across to those who
work with mankind from another side of life. How great
is that?
These lessons are created in a space and time
where individuals are ignored in order to state the obvious
and most pressing needs of our entire society. Each
lesson provides methods and techniques, as well as essays,
on what we need to do in order to change, rearrange, or
stay the same in order to be the best we can possibly be.
For many years The Daily Lesson was available
to only a select few--a diverse group known familiarly as
'The E'. This group continues to work together and
share their lives through e-mail, but they now go to Ruth
Lee's Blog, too, for The Daily Lesson. If you wish
to join 'The E' and exchange ideas with Ruth Lee and others
of like mind, send your request to Ruth@RuthLee-Scribe.com.

Mayan
Morning Meditations
The
perfect way to begin your day!
To clear your mind or refresh your thoughts and become
more creative, all you need do is meditate for a few minutes--as
often as you can fit it in. Here is a place where
you can visit and meditate or contemplate what you must
do next or forget about it.
Sit still now... Take a deep breath and let it out
slowly... Do it again... Straighten your spine
and let your mind disappear...
Now as you relax and breathe deeply, let go of your
thoughts and automatically select one of the Mayan
Mandalas highlighted below that suits your mood. When
ready, take another deep breath. Hold your breath
as long as possible as you read the poetry provided to describe
the art. Feel it in your heart. Relax and do
it again...
The art and poetry are given freely by Ruth Lee for
your use here.
