That means you are waiting to be happy even now. Instead say, “I Am Happy!” Say it many times if necessary, but repeat it until you feel it deep in the creases of your brain and your mind cannot decline to be happy now.
All it takes is a break and a rest to believe in yourself, so take it easy immediately and give your mind a day off to enjoy this life. Be yourself! We need you to keep up your part of the deal so we can all be ourselves now, too! Dear Ruth,
Once again I'd like to share with you some of what happened during the meditation.
When you said some one's mind was going to be healed, I saw a silver, feathery cloud encompassing my Uncle Don and Aunt Nancy. They were washed in love and light, experiencing their love for each other as they experienced the Unconditional Love from the Divine. They were both overflowing with joy.

An update is due, because the schedule I submitted a week ago is no longer valid. I did not have chemo yesterday as predicted, because my white blood count was too low. We will see what happens when I return this Friday for more blood work. If it is still too low, I will be given a series of shots or some such thing, but this week I am working on building up the count on my own. However, I have no idea what you do to increase the white blood cells now. Soooo, in lieu of a diet or whatever, I have been doing deep breathing, following my CD, “Healing is Only a Breath Away”, that has helped so many others and eating M&Ms and ice cream, which usually do not interest me much. Really!
During my last visit I learned the scope of OC (Ovarian Cancer) and was not happy to learn that it most likely will come back. That is the nasty thing about an OC diagnosis. It comes back frequently in some cases. Nurse Kathy in her desire to paint the best possible picture said brightly that she knows a woman who went 9 years before having to have chemo again. Somehow that was not what I wanted to hear. : ) So, what I am shooting for is to never have to come back for chemo and be able to live to whatever age God allows me now. Then Kathy can tell others that she knows a woman who has never had to have chemo again and is healthy to boot.
