Those of you who know and love Mandy and her friends will get a chuckle out of this, and those of you who have no idea may want to check it out to see what people are talking about. LOL
Hey Ruth!
I just finished Angel of the Maya last night, and what a surprise to me!!! I think you knew that the "J" in AJ stands for Jeanne, (had no idea!) and I used and still do sometimes go by Jeanne (my family calls me Jeanne)....and so I thought it was great that the scribe's name in Angel of the Maya is Jeanne (and of course I think you are the character!!!)....
But!!! When I got to the page where Jeanne is talking about how it is okay to be divorced from "Steve", BANG!!! My Ex-HUSAND's name is STEVE!!! I almost fell out of bed!!! I know both names are common, but still it was a great coincidence to me!!! LOL!!!

As I say over and over again, my art does not follow my life, rather the other way around. In Angel of The Maya there is much talk about the great ‘hot’ hot chocolate they use to induce euphoria and celebrations of life. Never had a recipe for it myself, but the other day the Food Editor of my local paper produced this one, along with a few comments worth noting, too…

Hey Ruth, I had lunch with my friend Nicole today and told her …about the organization that lets you decided who you want to loan money to. I found this group of women from Guatemala (link below) and it reminded me of Angel of the Maya, especially since Maya is the name of their group. Millicent
I want to go on record now as saying I am overwhelmed with the help a few of you are giving me with launching this latest attempt to reach the world of today with amazing information about the last days of the Mayan Calendar and the work we all do here on Earth.
I am especially happy that Millicent included "Angel of The Maya" in her news releases for her book "The Next Step" to bookstores all over the US and Canada, as well as beyond. I cannot thank her enough for this labor of love and unselfishness. May all she does thrive and her ability to write increase!

Wow! I am so impressed! Thank you so much to all of you who went right over to the YouTube link and tried to leave a message for others to read and hopefully get them to think about reading the book or finding out more about the Maya. I was talking today to a woman who just returned from a big name – super-expensive internet marketing conference. She was telling me about her favorite speaker and invited me to attend the speaker's workshop in LA in June. Topic- using video on websites!
I had her look at the ATM site and she almost flipped.

Today is a great day for Ruth Lee! Angel of The Maya is flying just a bit higher and wider than was believed possible. The Angel loves the new site and hopes you visit it as many times as you like and read the book for yourself, rather than accept what others say about it.
A big surprise is the gallery of photos of folks who gather here on the blog. Each of them brings to life a different aspect of the novel and how affected them or enhanced their lives. Your story will be different, but it’s still nice to know that many others get the message, too!
