As we move through the Books of Wisdom, randomly selecting paragraphs with no apparent design in mind, we begin to sense there is a pattern coming forward anyway. What do you see? Is it universal in scope or very personal and making you work? Today, i opened "Now is The Time" to this page and started typing without any thought about how it fits into the other lessons, but it does.
Page 61: We would like you to see the world as it is before you settle on ways you can change it to make it safer for others to grow and adopt Godly ways, but to see the world is not a travelogue. You have only to stay in your own safe place and 'see' all there is to it. If you go out into the actual world of today you will see confirmation of what you think it is; therefore, it is a waste to go and check out your own beliefs when you have never studied the beliefs of others first. You cannot enjoy anyone else if you do not like yourself. You have to be okay with you if you are to be able to take on the world.
