Opening the fourth book in the series, "The Books of Wisdom", we see on page 83 of "Now is The Time" we see a prayer you can use immediately. Try it for a month at least and see what happens. Report back.
This is the best way to express yourself to others. Say the following prayer to yourself in front of a mirror while looking deeply into the pupils of your eyes:
"I am a child of God. I am delightful in every way. I seek the life of God and am prepared to die. I love the Earth and what it is, but I must leave it."
