Many believe that being behind the 8 ball is not a good place to find yourself this life, but in numerology it is a great place to be! Few who read The Blog actually do much more than dabble in numerology, but that does not mean we can’t get started learning more about the Number Eight and what it means.
Read and assess if you are in sync or out of it as relates to the cosmic power of Eight and how it affects your life today:
First of all, 8 is an even number and carries different characteristics than an odd number. Odd numbers relate to relatively abstract concepts whereas 8 represents material satisfaction.
So far, so good, we know for sure we are living in a very, very material world and the clue is how satisfied are you at the present time?
Here is just one meaning of 8 as it relates to Material Satisfaction
You must learn to deal with the material things of life, the practical matters. You will find yourself at home in the business world—with much capability as an efficient administrator or executive. You learn how to handle money—how to accumulate it, how to spend it wisely. Such individuals ruled by 8 will work hard for Material Satisfaction, which my mean emphasis on money to buy the best in houses, cars, furnishings, trips. Hopefully, such people can reach the highest level of this lesson and discover material freedom can mean relying very little on money and material success; however, few ever gain this level of insight.
8 people are very conscious of status in relation to material things and will work to satisfy such needs for status to prove their superiority. You may appear single-minded, rigid or stubborn to others, striving for power and high material goals that may make you aware of the limitations of your ability or the restrictions of your circumstances.
One example of a Life Path 8 individual is Andrew Carnegie who was born November 25, 1835. He was a self-made millionaire who learned much from Material Satisfaction and in his latter years gave back most of his wealth to the world.
This should be enough to get you thinking and commenting about your view of 8 or totally ignoring numerology more. It’s your life, so choose the path of enlightenment and laughter.
