Today we are saluting another friend of mine who is working diligently on creating materials that help others with their spiritual work. She has created a brand new web site that you may enjoy…I found the following most interesting since I was physically sick last weekend for over 24 hours and identified it as an existential experience and not due to food poisoning or the flu…I made my diagnosis based on past experience working with The Holy Spirit…you are welcome to visit Kay’s web site and comment here about this snippet of her vast work.
SYMPTOMS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE GOING THROUGH THE ASCENSION PROCESS
The Ascension Process involves preparing us to live at a higher vibration which is extremely powerful. It is the natural force of the universe, Source energy.
There are many things that we may experience, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually as we journey through this process, because we are changing on many levels. Not everyone will experience the same things.
Sometimes you can feel like you are on an emotional rollercoaster as you go from feeling fine one minute to deep sadness or anger the next. Extreme fatigue, restlessness, fear, sinus and head aches, lack of focus, insomnia, indigestion. bloatedness, nausea, depression, intense heat or cold, weight gain, heart palpitations, dizziness, are some common symptoms experienced during the Ascension process. If you are concerned with symptoms you experience, please check with your doctor.
1. We should avoid the complacency and Premature Self-Congratulation that may come from thinking that "everyone will eventually ascend" - whether that is true or not, the path is for each of us to take, not expect some 'coat-tails' to tag along on;
2. I and the other students always felt frustrated when our teachers kept telling us to "take baby steps", but we found out the hard way that only the small, daily differences that we make are what ultimately add up to transformation. The big 'epiphanies' that we get are either the result of years of our consistent efforts, or they are only temporary, induced by the presence of an illumined teacher, or from a shock like a near-death experience.
3. Ascendance, illumination, salvation or whatever we want to call it, comes only to those who keep it their highest, most urgent priority; coasting along with standard attitudes, thinking other people's thoughts, doing what is 'expected', dilutes our energy and distracts us from our goal.
