Kathy sent in a news article that goes into great depth and detail about the US involvement in Tibet over the years. If you are truly interested in what is going on in other courntries now and how it relates to the past, you will have to read books and listen to PBS because the popular media is there to please the powers that be and pander to the general public's base appetites. That is not a rant! :) Just advice if you want to understand life outside these states of mind.
