Meditation is something that most people make much more difficult than it ever needs to be...but in some cases it is very, very hard to achieve because the mind never stops going over the same old, tired stories and worries and will not stop. It is easy then to get disheartened and think that you will never achieve a meditative state in which your Spirit can play and you can pray and ask for whatever you require.
Today, we salute the efforts of one of our clients and friends who is working to rid her mind of problems that started in her youth and are not easy to weed out now. She is into 'do-it-yourself' but still works on the extremely difficult issues with her Guides through the Scribe.

Just finished looking at the pictures of the faces, I found all 11 rather quickly! They are awesome.
I finally had a good meditation in the tub again tonight. I seen the light coming towards me, it began to fade as it got closer, and then reversed backwards towards its beginning. I remember saying wait, let me grab you with my arms outstretched. Nothing. All the colors I had seen previously before the light was purples. Now blues joined the purples. I asked my guides & teachers what lessons they wanted me to learn. For every day you are saddened you are giving power to the enemy the devil. Turn more towards God to rejoice and be happy. You were given the dream on Sargent to make you happy, and its still making you smile as you remember and happy. Caesar is waiting dutifully for his master(my husband) and Sargent and Major are romping and playing hard as they always have, and will greet you when you arrive. They are waiting. Your love of animals will one day surprise you, with a house full of them. Wondering how to take care of another, but you always find a way to rescue.
I remember thinking of my dolls, and all I can remember is hearing trust yourself, and abundance. Not remembering much more.
Then it ended abruptly with the Word ADONAI ! I rember saying it outloud.
So I can honestly say I realized a lesson from my mediations. Usually needed your guidance with its interpretations. But realized I've got to step up to the plate, and get myself out of these funks, blue moods. etc. and BE HAPPY ! and what a waste of time it is to be down in the dumps so much. Tonight's message was a gift from God. I always called my Sargent my "Gift from God" he was! .
My gift from God is still making me smile that dream was so real and happy, and that's what Sargent wants me to be, again. Happy.
So tonight this morning, I will retire now with a lighter heart, and happier thoughts too.

Nothing was changed so you could see exactly what she sent and how much work she created for herself and what she wants to achieve easily.
Now, without thinking, pray that she is able to be at peace with her life. that is all you need to say. That is a huge amount of energy that you can release to her...and guess what happens then to you? You get it back ten times over!
